I am not just an agency owner. I am a full-stack e-commerce operator who has built, scaled, broken, and fixed real marketplace businesses across India and global markets.
My journey didn’t begin with running an agency. It began on the ground — selling my own products as a seller in 2018, learning marketplaces the hard way, managing seller accounts, running ads under tight budgets, handling ACOS pressure, scaling profitable SKUs, and being directly accountable for revenue and profitability every single day.

Before agencies, aggregators, or leadership roles, I learned e-commerce by doing the work myself:
